Introducing Our first Scrapbook Sampler Studio for School of the Arts

Covenant Christian Academy has a wonderful enrichment program called School of the Arts.  Through this program kids can take music lessons, drama lessons, and art classes.  We are so excited to be teaching a once a month kids' craft class as part of this program.  Classes will be held at Covenant and are open to all kids ages 2nd grade and up.  Parents are welcome to attend with their child.

Valentine Day Cards and Heart Shaped Box Teacher Gift-- January 31, 6-8 pm—What could be sweeter than homemade Valentine's?  In this workshop you will make 7 Valentines cards using fabric, paper, felt, inks, stamps, embossing, flowers, ribbon, tulle, buttons, and more.  Then you will make a fabulous heart shaped box with a see through top to fill with goodies for that special teacher, mom, grandmother, or friend.  You will leave with all the goodies to make 14 more Valentines. 

Space is limited to 10 students - sign up fast!   2nd grade and up; Parents are welcome to attend!

Students will need to bring with them this basic supply list:

·         Scissors

·         Paper trimmer

·         Tape runner style adhesive

·         Liquid Adhesive

·         3d Pop Dots

·         FabriTac

·         Pencil

·         Black and brown cat's eyes inks

·         Ruler

·         Crop-a-dile (if you have one, if not you can use ours)
